About the Role

As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will translate Singtel Enterprise’s marketing priorities into high-impact customer engagement programmes that strengthen strategic relationships, generate customer insights, support pipeline progression and build customer advocacy. You will connect account-level customer activation with senior-leader platforms such as the Customer Advisory Council (CAC), executive roundtables, industry forums and CE/CXO engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated customer engagement plans aligned to Enterprise growth priorities, strategic accounts, vertical programmes and the annual marketing calendar.
  • Translate Enterprise marketing priorities into targeted programmes across priority accounts, customer segments and growth sectors.
  • Develop annual and quarterly activation plans covering executive engagements, customer events, workshops, forums, roundtables, exhibitions and account-based sessions.
  • Design engagements around clear business objectives, target personas, account priorities and intended customer outcomes.
  • Apply the Connect–Converse–Convert–Champion framework to support relationship development, opportunity progression and customer advocacy.
  • Maintain an integrated calendar across customer engagements, senior-leader platforms and strategic industry touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to engage priority customers through CAC sessions, executive roundtables, industry forums, leadership dinners and other CE/CXO platforms.
  • Partner with senior leaders, Sales and account teams to define customer agendas, objectives and follow-up plans.
  • Curate executive engagement journeys combining thought leadership, customer challenges, Singtel capabilities, industry perspectives and peer interaction.
  • Coordinate senior-management participation, executive hosting, briefing requirements and customer protocols.
  • Prepare executive briefs, customer profiles, account context, talking points and run-of-show documents.
  • Track relationships and opportunities arising from senior-leader engagements and ensure disciplined account-level follow-through.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of customer events, executive forums, workshops, roundtables, exhibitions, networking sessions and appreciation programmes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, responsibility matrices, checklists and contingency plans.
  • Manage venues, agencies, vendors, speakers, event production, branding, technical requirements, hospitality and on-site operations.
  • Manage internal approvals, procurement, purchase orders, contracts, invoicing and governance requirements.
  • Conduct post-event reviews covering customer feedback, lead outcomes, stakeholder observations and improvement actions.
  • Ensure customer experiences meet the standards expected for senior executives, strategic customers and VIP guests.
  • Capture Voice of Customer insights from events, senior-leader platforms, surveys and stakeholder feedback.
  • Monitor customer trends, industry developments, competitor activity and emerging executive topics.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for GTM messaging, customer engagement, solution positioning and future programmes.
  • Strengthen governance and follow-through of marketing-generated leads and customer actions.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers covering account engagement, leads, follow-up progress and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales to support the progression of customer engagement into qualified conversations and opportunities.
  • Monitor MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline influence and account progression where attributable.
  • Work independently across Sales, Enterprise Product, CST, Business Development, Marketing, senior management and external partners.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, speakers, facilitators and ecosystem partners against agreed scopes and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate programme documentation, budgets, customer records, trackers and approvals.
  • Ensure programmes comply with brand, legal, procurement, finance, data-protection and internal governance requirements.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies and operational issues and drive them through to resolution.

Requirements

  • At least 6–9 years of relevant experience in B2B customer marketing, executive engagement, events, corporate communications or stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex customer programmes from concept through execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Experience supporting senior-executive, C-suite or VIP engagements.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and business teams on account-based customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, budgets and multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to maintain structured trackers, dashboards, budgets and reports, including leveraging AI tools and capabilities.
  • Able to interpret customer engagement, lead and pipeline-performance metrics.
  • Highly organised, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Strong ownership with the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong programme and project management capabilities.
  • Strong written communication and executive-briefing skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation, event platforms and customer-data tools.

Education Level

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
