About the Role
You'll work directly with senior leadership to accelerate AI adoption across the agency in a hands-on, builder-focused role. This isn't research — you'll ship tools that account teams, media operators, and clients use in their day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Enable AI adoption across the agency by coaching teams on AI-assisted workflows to compress execution time.
- Build a reusable library of prompts, templates, and playbooks for media, creative, analytics, and account teams.
- Design and run training sessions on modern AI coding and automation tools.
- Ship small tools and scripts for team members to run independently.
- Identify repetitive workflows on account teams, prototype automations, and assist in their daily implementation while measuring time saved.
- Scope and help build purpose-built AI tools for client workstreams, such as competitive intelligence sweeps, creative QA, or vertical benchmarking.
- Build agency-wide dashboards for team performance, client-facing reporting, and leadership operations views.
- Support company-wide AI training initiatives and day-to-day operations, refining the program over time.
- Research and test new AI tools and platforms, identifying business-advancing opportunities and assisting in their pitching, scoping, and piloting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their potential to transform work processes.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and experiment independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative and adaptable approach to working with diverse teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Awareness of potential recruitment scams; all official communication will come from the Direct Agents HR team.
