About the Role
Bob Johnson Chevrolet West is seeking a reliable Automotive Fleet Sales Associate to join their family-like team. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking individual to grow with a fast-growing organization, specifically within the Fleet Team to help expand the department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and fleet customers.
- Identify new fleet sales opportunities and generate new business.
- Present vehicle options, pricing, financing, and fleet programs to customers.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
- Monitor fleet inventory and identify vehicles suitable for customer requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual fleet sales targets.
- Ensure fleet transactions comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Build long-term partnerships with key commercial accounts.
Requirements
- Strong desire to succeed.
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
- Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
