About the Role
This contract role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) security within AWS, requiring collaboration with cloud teams to define and implement IAM roles and policies. The position involves developing security controls, building automation for self-service identity management, and delivering solutions through CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional cloud teams to define and implement IAM roles and policies for public cloud services.
- Define and develop security controls and tools to ensure IAM compliance with cloud security standards.
- Build automation and libraries for self-service IAM identity and permission management.
- Deliver IAM solutions through CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and validation.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience with cloud-native services in AWS.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise security solutions in Financial Services or a large complex/global environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of project components.
Skills
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform and CloudFormation
- Python, Go or Java
- Unit testing frameworks: Behave, pytest or Junit
- Developing and securing SOAP and REST based web service APIs
- DevOps and agile methodologies
- Automated solution delivery and testing through CI/CD pipelines
