About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support enterprise Customer Service solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Dynamics professional who enjoys designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications while working with Power Platform, Azure integration services, and enterprise business applications. Your work will directly support modernization initiatives within the Department of Veterans Affairs by enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and enterprise service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and process automation.
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Support Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Follow Microsoft development best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Dynamics 365 solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum two (2) years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of overall IT experience.
- Experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with several of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, REST APIs, Web Services, Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Azure, CRM Configuration, Solution Deployment.
- Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: Federal Experience, Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal Government CRM implementations, Government digital modernization initiatives, Microsoft Technologies, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform Certifications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
- Additional Experience: Data migration, ETL processes, Azure DevOps, Agile / Scrum, DevOps practices supporting Dynamics 365, Supporting CRM solutions within regulated environments.
- Must be able to meet VA security and suitability requirements.

Salary/Compensations
- $120,000 – $140,000 annually (Based on experience and technical interview)
