About the Role

Rivia Mind is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join their Psychiatry team. This role offers a balance of clinical autonomy and collaborative support within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for growth into supervisory and leadership positions. The practice emphasizes a whole-person approach to mental health care, supported by a robust operational infrastructure and a commitment to minimizing administrative burden.

Responsibilities

Provide services to a diverse demographic of patients with an average caseload of 50 patients per week.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management.
Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patients.
Deliver care via a telehealth platform.
Offer guidance to peers and supervisors.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Exemplify Rivia Mind's values and collaborative approach.

Requirements

Active and in good standing license for at least one of these states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts as a Medical Doctor.
An active and unrestricted license to practice medicine and a DEA number for at least one of the states listed above.
Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry.
Interest in growing into a Supervisory/Leadership role within our practice.
Proven experience and desire to support Psychotherapy treatment.
Experience working with Patients in an Outpatient setting.
Telehealth/telemedicine experience.
Confidently and efficiently document concurrently within patient sessions.
Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required.
