About the Role
ECHO POSTER is a specialized agency for out-of-home advertising and guerrilla marketing, bringing creative ideas to life on the streets since 2008. We collaborate with agencies and renowned companies to execute attention-grabbing campaigns across Germany, Great Britain, and Italy, redefining out-of-home advertising with creativity, experience, and a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and plan innovative campaign concepts for national and international clients.
- Lead and motivate project teams.
- Manage budget responsibility for campaign development and execution.
- Act as the liaison between clients and ECHO POSTER, functioning as a problem-solver and customer-centric service provider.
- Consult clients on high-reach, cross-media products (Murals, poster advertising, street promotion, road shows, etc.) to drive up-selling and cross-selling.
- Utilize strong visualization and presentation skills to impress clients with conceptualized and created presentations.
- Maintain oversight and ensure timely, smooth project execution.
- Coordinate internal project teams and external service providers in alignment with other planning departments.
Requirements
- Completed relevant degree or apprenticeship.
- Exceptional organizational talent with the ability to independently prioritize tasks and maintain an overview through structured work methods.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a relevant industry.
- Team spirit and experience in personnel management.
- Responsible and committed with a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to remain calm and cheerful even during hectic periods.
- Strong social skills and a high degree of service orientation.
- Empathetic and confident demeanor for easy communication with clients and external partners of various seniority levels.
- Attention to detail and a sense of humor.
- Native-level German language proficiency.
- Very good oral and written English skills.
