About the Role
This is a key position at the interface between sales, project management, and funding. You will have a varied range of tasks with a direct impact on the company's success. Benefit from the agility of a medium-sized company and short decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Development of satellite components and subsystems, focusing on attitude control, structure, and mechanisms
- Coordination of systemic development and subsystem activities
- Guidance of interdisciplinary project teams and monitoring of project progress
- Development of methods for verifying product properties
- Responsible execution/monitoring of system-level design verification
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation (specifications, design descriptions, ICDs, test procedures and reports)
- Support in the development and acquisition of new projects
Requirements
- Degree in Physics or Engineering (e.g., Aerospace, Physical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable fields)
- Professional experience, ideally in a similar position
- Good knowledge of relevant tools for requirements management (e.g., Doors) and project planning/execution (e.g., Projektron, MS Project)
- Knowledge of configuration management
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Enjoy systematic and independent work in an interdisciplinary team
- Experience in leading teams is an advantage
