About the Role
The Housekeeper at Apartment Management Professionals (AMP) is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This includes cleaning move-out apartment units, preparing units for new residents, and ensuring all office spaces, common areas, and amenities are kept in pristine condition. Strong attention to detail and a customer service-oriented approach are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Clean move-out apartment units and touch up units in preparation for new residents.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in offices, hallways, model apartments, and target apartments at all times.
- Clean office windows and doors, and empty trash throughout the office, coffee bar, mailroom, fitness center, and other common areas.
- Manage laundry for the fitness center and cleaning supplies.
- Stock, organize, and inventory cleaning supplies as necessary.
- Sanitize indoor and outdoor bathrooms daily or as needed.
- Assist in organizing and ensuring the overall appearance of model apartments, pool area furniture, clubhouse, fitness center, and other shared spaces.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented approach when interacting with co-workers and residents.
- Flexibility to work on-call and extended hours, including after hours and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds.

Education Level
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
