About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for food and a desire to create positive guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, plentiful, and attractively presented.
- Clear and clean used dishes, utensils, and trays promptly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting breakfast area.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, and other breakfast-related needs.
- Replenish buffet items and maintain cleanliness of serving stations throughout the breakfast service.
- Refill coffee pots, juice dispensers, and other beverage containers to avoid guest waiting times.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere through friendly engagement and proactive assistance to guests.
Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with guests and handling requests with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently under pressure during busy breakfast periods.
- Strong work ethic.
