About the Role
Consultport is the leading digital platform connecting iconic brands with world-class consultants. We are scaling rapidly and seeking a Product Manager focused on product-led growth (PLG). This role involves transforming the product into a primary sales channel by reducing friction, enhancing activation, and delighting users before sales engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the PLG strategy, including activation, onboarding, habit loops, and expansion.
- Utilize data to inform decisions, define metrics, run experiments, and iterate on product features.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams in an Agile environment.
- Identify and eliminate friction points throughout the consultant and client journey.
- Partner with Sales and Management to align product strategies with revenue goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a marketplace or SaaS company.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
- Proficiency in using AI tools daily.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 minimum).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for an onsite role.
