About the Role
This role focuses on managing incoming event leads, planning and coordinating various events, and serving as the main point of contact for guests to ensure flawless event execution and exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming event leads and turn them into booked business
- Plan and coordinate birthday parties, company outings, school events, and private celebrations
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests—before, during, and after events
- Create event timelines, menus, and layouts while keeping everything organized
- Work alongside our catering, operations, and amusements teams to deliver flawless events
- Be on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Promote events and specials to drive revenue and repeat business
- Deliver exceptional guest service every step of the way
Requirements
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, or sales
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Great communicator who builds strong client relationships
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
- Professional, friendly, and team-focused
- Must be available weekends and event hours
