About the Role

Join a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team where you'll lead high-impact campaigns, influence strategic priorities, and help drive the success of some of Rightmove's biggest growth opportunities for our partners. This role supports key strategic growth areas across our Partner Marketing team, working closely with product development and sales teams to go to market with new products, services and initiatives that help our partners get more from their Rightmove membership. You'll play an important role in shaping and delivering marketing activity that drives engagement, adoption, retention and commercial growth across multiple audiences and propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the marketing strategy across key partner audiences, products and strategic business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product and commercial teams to understand partner needs and build targeted product marketing plans, including value propositions and positioning.
  • Create, plan, and execute pilot programs, seeing them through to Go to Market roll-out and retention plans.
  • Develop compelling campaigns and communications to help partners understand, engage with, and maximize value from Rightmove's products, tools, and services.
  • Create and deliver Go To Market plans using research and analytics, providing regular data and insights to Account Managers, CX teams, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics to achieve optimal results and track performance against KPIs.
  • Create, plan, brief, and QA ad-hoc and automated journeys across the customer lifecycle to help partners maximize Rightmove benefits.
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams (Creative Studio, research, social, PR, consumer marketing, CRM, events) to deliver plans and optimize the partner experience, engagement, and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted marketing partner.
  • Own multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving agile environment.
  • Plan projects from end to end, breaking down goals into steps, meeting deadlines, and driving commercial results.
  • Combine creativity with analytical skills, using data and research insights to tell compelling stories about products and the market.
  • Communicate effectively using simple language and brief messaging that compels action.
  • Experiment with AI to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Measure results and report on key campaign metrics to demonstrate impact.
  • Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the industry, partners, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Ability to meld insight-driven, questioning, and budget-conscious approaches to deliver against objectives.
  • Ability to ask questions to uncover true project objectives and identify the right solution.
  • Strong writing skills are a must.
  • Must be aged at least 18 or over.
  • Must have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
