About the Role
This role will focus on building and executing paid ad campaigns for DTC brands across Google, Meta, and TikTok, including monitoring, optimizing, and reporting to clients. You will work directly with founders, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch paid campaigns for DTC brands, primarily on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and client reporting.
- Collaborate directly with founders, potentially alongside their in-house marketing teams or as their sole marketing contact.
- Balance strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring day-to-day work contributes to larger goals.
- Operate at a fast pace while maintaining focus on the bigger picture.
Requirements
- Some prior exposure to paid media (agency, in-house, or part of a marketing team).
- Genuine interest in D2C brands.
- Understanding of current Google and Meta platform functionalities.
- Interest in startup marketing.
- Hands-on experience with either Google or Meta platforms is sufficient.
- Working rights in the UK are required; visa sponsorship is not currently available.
