About the Role
As a Design Consultant in our Berlin Showroom, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the initial stages of their projects and introducing them to Reform's offerings. This role blends design, sales, and customer guidance, focusing on shaping the crucial first part of the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers in our showroom, online, and over the phone.
- Help customers explore ideas for their kitchen and storage projects during the week and Saturdays.
- Create initial layouts, design proposals, and budget estimates.
- Manage incoming leads and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
- Support customers throughout the early stages of their journey with Reform.
- Contribute to sales goals while always putting the customer experience first.
- Help create a showroom environment that feels welcoming and inspiring.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
- A background in design, architecture, interior design or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in understanding people's needs.
- A structured and proactive approach to your work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
