About the Role
As a Specialist Expansion Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d) for the Southwest region, you will be responsible for real estate management within the WKDA Real Estate & Procurement Department, supporting the operational activities of all AUTO1 Group locations. WKDA, with over 700 branches across Europe, is part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct negotiations for cooperations, project assignments, new leases, renewals, and replacements of locations in Hesse, Rhineland, Saarland, and Baden-Württemberg.
- Acquire new locations and build a network of contacts with brokers, property managers, investors, and project developers.
- Support on-site property viewings, review, and independently negotiate rental, lease, and framework agreements.
- Organize the opening process of leased locations and the return of rental properties in collaboration with the team.
- Create analyses and innovative concepts for decision-making regarding the development of the nationwide branch network.
- Evaluate and manage existing properties in commercial and contractual matters, serving as the primary point of contact for any ambiguities or questions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Real Estate, preferably in the expansion of a chain store.
- Reside within the designated service area between Trier, Koblenz, Siegen, and Mainz, ideally in a central and easily accessible location.
- Proficient in German (C1 level) both spoken and written; English skills are advantageous.
- Possess a Class B driver's license and be willing to travel, including overnight stays.
- Completed vocational training in real estate or a comparable university degree.
- Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in a dynamic work environment (e.g., a startup) is a plus.
