About the Role
This role exists to close the gap between the growing publisher book and the team's capacity. You will carry a margin number from the start, own your accounts end to end, and ramp in weeks rather than quarters. You will have the opportunity to build and grow accounts in multiple verticals, including insurance, personal finance, and the wider partner network, with the support of the company's own offers.
Responsibilities
- Own publishers end to end, including relationship management, opportunities, scaling, and results.
- Manage and achieve margin targets for your book of business.
- Maintain a diversified book of business to mitigate partner risk.
- Proactively monitor partner traffic for compliance issues and address them directly with partners.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with publishers.
- Share learnings and insights during weekly team sessions.
- Conduct proactive optimization conversations with publishers.
- Drive incremental margin through strategic account management.
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience managing publishers in affiliate marketing.
- Direct publisher or partner management experience for an advertiser or network.
- Proven track record of owning and achieving margin or revenue targets.
- Experience in a regulated vertical such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance.
- Ability to navigate compliance challenges and find solutions.
- Fluency with tracking platforms (Tune, IntegriShield, Lashback mentioned).
- Demonstrated ability to proactively optimize partner performance.
- Willingness to treat compliance as a problem to solve, not a barrier.
- Desire to broaden experience across multiple verticals.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Must sit in a state where the company is registered to do business.
