Experience in process optimization/automation.
Familiar with the specifics of regulated environments, including compliance/regulatory requirements in banks.
Possess a broad network in the banking/financial services environment or have initial concrete opportunities/project approaches to develop further at findic.
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level, business fluent).
Good English language skills (at least B2 level, fluent).
