About the Role
As the interface between IT and business departments, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of industry-specific solutions, from development and conception to productive deployment. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the project, allowing you to choose your focus. You will act as both a developer and an analyst, working with clients to develop solutions. You will implement solutions in data integration projects using modern ETL frameworks (Ab Initio, SAS, Informatica, Talend, etc.). Beyond project work, you can make a significant contribution by developing innovations, writing articles, or advancing your skills through our extensive training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between IT and business departments, responsible for the entire lifecycle of industry-specific solutions.
- Develop and implement solutions in data integration projects using modern ETL frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients as a developer and analyst to create solutions.
- Contribute to innovation, write articles, and pursue professional development.
Requirements
- Possess a successful university degree in a STEM field.
- Have initial experience and a strong interest in development topics.
- Communicate effectively in agile project teams as a team player.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, good structuring abilities, and quick comprehension.
- Be motivated to challenge the status quo.
- Possess very good German language skills (minimum C1 level, fluent) and good English language skills (minimum B2 level, fluent) in speaking and writing.
