About the Role
As a Consultant (all levels), you will design strategies and concepts for quality assurance in software development and integration processes. You will be the primary contact for project management regarding testing at our clients, which include banks and insurance companies. You will leverage your project and leadership experience to lead project teams. You will analyze KPIs, report them at the highest level, proactively address risks, present solution scenarios, and implement them operationally. You will independently drive topics forward and share your expertise with colleagues. Together with our management team, you will support acquisitions and continuously expand your own client network, keeping your own success and the growth of findic in mind.
Responsibilities
- Design strategies and concepts for quality assurance in software development and integration processes.
- Act as the primary contact for project management regarding testing at client sites (banks and insurance companies).
- Lead project teams using project and leadership experience.
- Analyze KPIs and report them at the highest level.
- Proactively address risks, present solution scenarios, and implement them operationally.
- Independently drive topics forward and share expertise with colleagues.
- Support acquisitions and expand client networks.
Requirements
- Project experience in Application Lifecycle Management from integration or migration projects at banks, insurance companies, or IT service providers.
- Proven expertise in requirements and test management in classic and agile projects.
- Excellent results are your standard, viewing quality as a holistic process that you live and realize in all project phases.
