About the Role

Oversee newly constructed residential homes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail, enforcing safety, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy of blueprints and takeoffs, and manage variance to budgets.
Coordinate supply and trade issues with the purchasing department.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project.
Monitor builder communication with sales orders to maximize closings and customer satisfaction.
Conduct weekly team meetings.
Review and approve sub-contractor purchase orders.
Conduct weekly individual planned encounters.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with reliable automobile for on-site use.
Ability to walk, climb stairs, sit, and stand.
Ability to reach with hands and arms.
Ability to see with close and distance vision.
Ability to use hands and fingers to operate tools and other business machines.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
