About the Role
Contribute to impactful research, stakeholder engagement, and innovative projects that influence decision-makers worldwide as part of the Chatham House Africa Programme, a leading centre for independent policy research.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of research and convening activities on West Africa, focusing on governance, economy, trade, and security.
- Design and deliver research projects aligned with the strategic goals of the Africa Programme and Chatham House.
- Produce high-quality, policy-relevant research on West African politics, governance, economy, trade, and security.
- Design and support the delivery of research events and conferences that promote diverse voices, expertise, and perspectives.
Requirements
- Significant track record of policy research on West Africa.
- Experience in developing successful research proposals.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong background in policy-relevant publications with demonstrable impact.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadlines.
