About the Role
The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking to hire a self-motivated, outgoing and team-oriented Registered Nurse for a Full-Time Nurse Educator position. This is an exciting position and key clinical role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.
Responsibilities
- Development, implementation, and delivery of nursing staff development programs including new hire orientation, in-service education, continuing education, competencies, and nursing student experiences.
Requirements
- Current New York State RN license
- 2+ years supervisory and clinical experience in skilled nursing, medical surgical nursing or related field
- Prior experience working with a learning management system (LMS) strongly preferred
