About the Role

The Consultant, Store Concept Renewal supports the successful delivery of Store Design and Renewal initiatives across the enterprise by coordinating project intake, enabling effective planning, and driving cross-functional alignment. This role provides project management support, maintains visibility to team capacity, and identifies opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Support intake and prioritization of Store Design & Renewal projects, ensuring alignment to enterprise and banner priorities.
Partner with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resource requirements for new initiatives.
Monitor and maintain the team capacity tool to ensure accurate tracking of workloads and resource allocation.
Provide insights to support decision-making on prioritization, timelines, and resourcing across active and planned projects.
Provide project management support including developing and tracking timelines, managing budgets, and identifying and mitigating risks.
Ensure projects are progressing according to plan and proactively escalate issues where required.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment throughout project execution.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the development of sustainable, standardized approaches to project management and capacity planning.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
Experience supporting project timelines, budgets, and risk management within a fast-paced environment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at multiple levels.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools to track capacity, manage resources, and support decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of more efficient workflows.
