About the Role
As a Scrum Master, you will support established Scrum teams, ensure adherence to the Scrum framework, and foster a collaborative environment. You will play a key role in continuous improvement and contribute to the agile spirit within the company. This position is a temporary role to cover parental leave.
Responsibilities
- Accompany established Scrum teams daily after intensive onboarding and handover, supporting continuous improvement.
- Ensure and defend adherence to the rules of the Scrum framework.
- Organize and moderate all Scrum meetings (Daily, Refinement, Review, Retro, Planning).
- Support teams in achieving sprint goals, identifying and removing obstacles.
- Create an environment of trust and transparency within and between teams.
- Recognize conflict situations early and find constructive solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Product Owners to address changing customer needs.
- Continuously develop with the Scrum Master team, exchange knowledge and experience, and advance the development of all teams company-wide with your know-how.
- Contribute significantly to the agile spirit within the company.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master with several years of experience supporting agile software development teams.
- Deep understanding and daily practice of Scrum and Agile values.
- Familiarity with the Scrum Guide.
- Strong communication skills with an engaging manner for problem-solving, conflict resolution, and fostering positive team dynamics.
- Empathetic with excellent moderation skills and initiative.
- Assertive with a structured approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with common collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Teams/Office365, and Slack.
