About the Role
Tempus is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to join their ECG-AI team. This role is crucial for translating advanced AI algorithms into clinical practice by driving the operational blueprint for integrating ECG-AI into healthcare partner sites. Responsibilities include leading clinical rollout strategy, managing site relationships, tracking technology adoption, and spearheading strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine clinical workflows, creating standard operating playbooks for ECG-AI insight delivery and action.
- Orchestrate new site launches as the central operational lead, aligning cross-functional teams.
- Onboard clinical staff by educating hospital stakeholders on operational workflows and clinical utility.
- Drive post-launch adoption by monitoring clinician engagement and identifying levers to improve software utilization.
- Manage account health by evaluating site performance and communicating user feedback to Product/Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with site leadership to track patient follow-up rates and ensure proper diagnostic and treatment pathways.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic projects to improve deployment speed and scale account management.
- Build operational infrastructure by developing repeatable processes for scaling the ECG-AI footprint.
- Support market expansion initiatives, including clinical validation partnerships and ROI case studies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, healthcare operations, customer success, or project management within healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and build structure from ambiguity.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with proven ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex, multi-stakeholder account rollouts simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence clinical and administrative leadership.
