About the Role
In the role of Senior Project Manager, you will take on real responsibility, manage complex digital projects end-to-end, and work closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams. You can expect a pragmatic, dynamic environment with plenty of scope for design and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital services & products from planning to successful implementation.
- End-to-end responsibility for projects including scoping, resource planning, budget, timing, and quality assurance.
- Plan, manage, and prioritize all project phases, as well as proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Close collaboration with clients to translate requirements into concrete project goals and provide consulting sparring for the further development of digital products and services.
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams from strategy, design, and technology to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
- Moderate workshops, decision-making processes, and stakeholder alignments on the client and team side.
- Regular reporting and ensuring transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize project management, communication, and delivery processes.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management for digital services & products, ideally in a digital agency or consulting environment.
- Experience with agile project methods (Scrum, Kanban) as well as classic project management methods.
- Strong communication and presentation skills paired with a solution-oriented and structured way of working.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and in stakeholder management.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to understand, structure, and successfully implement complex requirements.
- High degree of personal responsibility as well as a good understanding of business goals, digital processes, and customer needs.
- Fluent German and English skills.
