About the Role
Gate One is an international challenger consultancy at the heart of Havas, seeking Principals to lead major and complex transformation programmes, nurture client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Scope, lead and deliver major and complex transformation programmes.
- Nurture client advisory relationships, accounts and partnerships.
- Play a lead role in contributing to account growth with new business development activities.
- Mentor and coach colleagues.
- Serve as members of the senior leadership team.
- Contribute to strategic internal projects.
- Lead internal events.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of consulting experience, typically gained within recognized management consultancies, potentially enhanced by in-house industry consulting.
- Cross-sector experience leading transformation programmes and delivery teams, or a specialization in one sector with a desire to grow it at Gate One.
- Experience in growing key accounts and leading senior business development meetings.
- Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK.
