About the Role

This position is within our Marketing & Technology service, combining data, technology, creative content, and paid media to drive revenue through digital marketing solutions. The Media Team is seeking an SEA Specialist to service an exciting new client, focusing on award-winning campaigns and content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns for clients.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for campaign optimisation.
  • Utilize automation and data within campaigns, including AI, to improve performance.
  • Create and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with key metrics and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Carry out technical analysis, content & authority analysis.
  • Set up implementation plans and workflows.
  • Respond to client (internal and external) briefs.
  • Report on activity on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Directly available to start working in either London or Manchester.
  • Full working proficiency in the English language.
