Requirements

Currently pursuing or have recently completed an HR program at university or college (or a related HR-focused program).
Interested in learning about HR roles, including talent acquisition; employee support; employee relations; total rewards; training and development; inclusion, diversity, and equity; and HR analytics.
Currently pursuing or have recently completed a program in business, international trade, management, business, or a related field.
Interested in multiple positions within a large organization.
Seeking experience in a Crown corporation and developing fundamental skills for a career in business.
Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid work visa at the time of application.
Must meet government security screening requirements at the required level.
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution or completed studies within the last year.
Available for a period of 8 months or more – although internships are 4 months in duration, preference will be given to candidates available until 2027.
Previous work experience related to the field of study.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Motivated, initiative, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently within a team.
Enthusiasm in performing tasks both simple and complex.
Knowledge of both official languages is an asset, but may be required for some positions.
