About the Role
Spare Time Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, manage a large team, and create memorable guest experiences at a multi-attraction entertainment center. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations of a high-volume, multi-attraction entertainment center
- Manage P&L, budgets, labor, and inventory to drive results
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team across food & beverage, amusements, and events
- Ensure attractions, games, and facilities are safe, clean, and guest-ready
- Deliver consistent, top-level guest service and resolve issues quickly
- Engage with the community and support leagues, promotions, and events
Requirements
- 7+ years managing large teams in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurants
- Proven track record with P&L, cost control, and operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
