This role manages the planning, prioritisation, and execution of a broad portfolio of work across multiple stakeholders, channels, and timelines, acting as a key delivery lead.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of creative projects and integrated campaigns from initial brief through scoping, planning, execution, approval, and final delivery.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size, complexity, and pace, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Develop clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, copy, design, production, studio, digital, traffic, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are properly scoped and briefed with clear deliverables, timelines, assumptions, risks, and approval routes.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted day-to-day partner for project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, providing clear updates on project status, risks, dependencies, timelines, and changes in scope.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality delivery experience across all brands while adapting ways of working to reflect differing brand priorities, campaign cycles, and business needs.
  • Support stakeholders in defining priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each brand's objectives, tone, campaign calendar, and delivery requirements.
  • Translate incoming briefs into clear delivery plans, identifying resource requirements, timelines, interdependencies, and potential delivery constraints.
  • Work closely with resource and agency operations teams to ensure projects are appropriately scheduled and resourced.
  • Monitor workflow across multiple active workstreams, proactively identifying bottlenecks, risks, or conflicting demands.
  • Drive effective project governance through status tracking, workflow meetings, actions, issue resolution, and escalation.
  • Ensure changes to scope, timing, or deliverables are assessed, communicated, and managed in a controlled and transparent way.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, escalating where appropriate and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards and approval processes are followed.
  • Champion best practice project management disciplines to improve consistency, efficiency, and transparency.
  • Support quality control by ensuring all necessary reviews, approvals, legal/compliance checks, and stakeholder sign-offs are completed.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned activity.
  • Manage project budgets, estimates, and cost tracking where applicable.
  • Support efficient use of agency time and resources by maintaining accurate schedules, status reporting, and delivery forecasts.
  • Help drive productivity and delivery efficiency through strong planning, prioritisation, and use of project management tools and processes.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of delivery performance through project reporting, workflow data, and operational insights.
  • Support the wider agency in embedding effective ways of working that improve speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership across project teams, creating clarity, momentum, and accountability.
  • Act as a senior member of the project management function, supporting consistent standards and sharing knowledge.
  • Foster collaborative and constructive working relationships across creative, operational, and stakeholder groups.
  • Role model calm, proactive, and solutions-focused leadership.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of agency delivery processes, tools, and governance approaches.

  • Experience identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and changes in scope.
  • Commercial awareness, including experience managing project budgets, estimates, or resource implications.
