About the Role
Legal & General Affordable Homes is seeking a Contract Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality outsourced housing management services. This role is crucial for ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience and for managing key supplier relationships within the affordable housing sector.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for contract-related queries from Management Providers and Suppliers, coordinating responses and supporting service delivery.
- Coordinate performance reporting cycles, reviews, site visits, and meetings across the supplier network.
- Support Contract Managers and Finance colleagues by coordinating reporting returns, payment cycles, and key operational deadlines.
- Produce performance analysis and management information, highlighting risks and areas of strong performance.
- Coordinate contract change activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure providers are informed of updates.
- Support the onboarding of new homes by coordinating information sharing with Management Providers, Customer Care teams, and project stakeholders.
- Manage invoicing and purchase order processes for the Contract Management team.
- Support re-sales and staircasing approvals, maintain contract documentation, and help deliver an excellent customer experience across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of coordinating enquiries and activities across multiple organisations simultaneously.
- Previous experience working with suppliers, contractors, or third-party service providers.
- An interest in customer experience and delivering positive outcomes for customers.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the affordable housing sector or a genuine interest in developing expertise in this area.
