About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY. This role is crucial in ensuring residents receive the best possible living experience within our continuing care retirement community.
Responsibilities
- Ensure rooms are ready for new admissions and greet new residents upon admission.
- Review nurses' notes to ensure they are informative and descriptive.
- Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
- Provide direct nursing care as necessary.
Requirements
- Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.
- Must have, at a minimum, one (1) year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or another related health care facility.
- Must be CPR and first aid certified.
- Must have verbal and written English skills.
