About the Role
The Resource Manager plays a pivotal role in helping get great work made at Untold Studios. This role is part of the Operations team, connecting artists, producers, and creative teams. Communication and building strong relationships are vital to ensure the best creative teams are formed. The role requires proactivity, forward-thinking, and excellent attention to detail for effective scheduling and resourcing of projects. This is a 1-year contract for maternity leave cover, with a possible extension.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day maintenance of CETA, ensuring bookings, costing, artist profiles, and absence are live and up-to-date.
- Resourcing artists for projects.
- Developing strong relationships with artists, producers, and creative teams.
- Resolving resourcing conflicts alongside and for production.
- Accurately resourcing and costing of artists' time.
- Forecasting hire spend within the studio.
- Tracking expected license usage.
- Managing holiday and TOIL of artist teams.
- Building Untold Studios' artist and production network.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
- Multitasking, prioritizing, and managing workload as required.
- Exploring opportunities to further skills.
- Acting as an ambassador for Untold Studios in all interactions with artists and prospective artists.
