About the Role

This growth marketing role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and executing opportunities to drive organic demand and AI visibility. You will be responsible for increasing the frequency, quality, and sentiment of Jobber mentions across AI model ingestion surfaces, measured by lead generation and revenue contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously identify new opportunities to drive organic demand and AI visibility across any organic channel or tactic.
  • Prioritize opportunities using structured frameworks (e.g., ICE scoring) and maintain a ranked backlog of experiments.
  • Own organic channels including Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, forums, and community platforms.
  • Design and execute structured AEO/GEO experiments, testing content formats, distribution channels, and AI citation strategies.
  • Develop Jobber's presence on platforms where home service professionals seek advice and where LLMs draw signal.
  • Monitor AI visibility scores, citation frequency, share of voice, and sentiment across tracked competitors and AI platforms.
  • Build the playbook for off-site organic demand generation in a post-AI search world.
  • Partner with the Organic Search team to ensure off-site and channel work reinforces on-site foundation.
  • Partner with the Principal Demand Generation Manager, PLG on product-led growth experiments with organic demand implications.
  • Collaborate with teams owning adjacent channels to coordinate Jobber's presence across AI model reference surfaces.
  • Communicate clearly on scope, timelines, and trade-offs, and push back thoughtfully on misaligned requests.

Requirements

  • Proven AEO/GEO experience with demonstrable results in AI visibility strategies and measurable improvements.
  • AI-native with experience using AI tools daily for research, building, testing, and automation.
  • Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and deep understanding of how AI-powered search reshapes content strategy, distribution, and discovery.
  • Experience developing content strategies for organic channels like LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, or forums with a growth or lead generation objective.
  • Experience with AI visibility monitoring tools (e.g., Profound, GrackerAI).
  • Comfort with structured prioritization frameworks and data-driven decision making, measuring against business KPIs.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, technical, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and build structure where it doesn't yet exist.
