About the Role
As a Pricing Manager in the Actuarial & Analytics team, you will be central to delivering pricing insights and shaping TMK’s underwriting strategy. This role blends technical depth with leadership exposure, offering the chance to directly contribute to portfolio performance, analytics development, and business planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support pricing workstreams to deliver insights across underwriting divisions.
- Build and deploy pricing models for business-wide use.
- Conduct profitability, capital, claims, and segmentation analyses.
- Enhance collaboration with underwriting teams to support strategic decisions.
- Support the development of skills and capability across the Pricing & Analytics team.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support and offer cover for the Senior Pricing Manager.
- Maintain a strong focus on execution and continuous delivery of value.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, statutory, and governance requirements.
