About the Role

RYSM INTEGRAL, the Digital Experience Unit of the RYSM Agency Group, is seeking a TYPO3 Developer to translate complex client requirements into technical feasibility, advise project managers on alternatives, and ensure high-quality implementation of large platforms, websites, and digital service solutions. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, user-centricity, accessibility, testing, documentation, processes, and clean structures within complex projects.

Responsibilities

Translate complex client requirements into technical feasibility.
Advise project managers on technical alternatives.
Ensure high-quality implementation of large platforms, websites, and digital service solutions.
Focus on strategic thinking, user-centricity, and accessibility.
Incorporate testing, documentation, processes, and clean structures in projects.
Contribute to technical implementation from the conception phase, sometimes starting in the pitch phase.
Develop TYPO3 extensions and architect custom TYPO3 extensions using Composer structure.
Configure interfaces and connect external APIs and services.

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in implementing digital projects in an agency environment within interdisciplinary teams.
Excellent knowledge of TYPO3 and TYPO3 frameworks (Extbase, Fluid, TypoScript).
Proficiency in PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (Clean Code, OOP).
Experience with Git, Git branching strategies (GitFlow, GithubFlow, Trunk-Based).
Experience with Docker, DDEV, and PhpStorm.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL).
Experience with extension development and architecture of custom TYPO3 extensions using Composer structure.
Experience with interface configuration, including connecting external APIs (REST, JSON, XML) and services (Apache Solr).
Economic thinking, communication skills, and conscientiousness.
Practical experience in agile working methods, Scrum, or Kanban.
Team spirit, reliability, and a strong desire to learn new things.
