About the Role
We are seeking dedicated individuals for a comprehensive and future-proof apprenticeship in healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to help people, become part of a strong team, and achieve professional growth within a dynamic hospital environment. Our Caritas-Klinik Maria Heimsuchung in Berlin-Pankow provides diverse clinical experiences and a supportive learning atmosphere, recognized with an award for its apprenticeship program.
Responsibilities
- Gain insights into various medical departments and different areas of nursing.
- Acquire essential professional and practical skills for the role of a nursing specialist over three years.
- Engage with topics such as wound management, psychology, and legal frameworks relevant to professional nursing.
- Learn to professionally accompany, care for, and support individuals in various life situations.
- Participate in exciting projects, such as 'Trainees Manage a Ward'.
Requirements
- A desire to find meaning in your work and learn a needed profession.
- Minimum of an extended vocational training certificate (erweiterte Berufsbildungsreife) or a completed vocational training.
- Motivation, reliability, and enjoyment in working with people.
- Completion of a 14-day internship prior to the start of the apprenticeship (can be completed at our facility or elsewhere).
- For applicants from outside Germany: a valid work and residence permit, a certificate of recognition of your school-leaving certificate by the State of Berlin, and at least a B2 certificate in German.
