About the Role

BSI is implementing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning as part of a global Finance Transformation and SAP S/4HANA program. This role bridges the gap between Finance teams and technology/implementation teams, ensuring the SAC solution effectively supports budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for FP&A and Commercial Finance.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of BSI's new SAP Analytics Cloud Planning solution and its support for FP&A and Commercial Finance.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather, challenge, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Translate Finance requirements into clear functional specifications for Deloitte and technology delivery teams.
Support the design of future-state SAC processes for budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
Assist in the design and validation of SAC planning models, dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, approval structures, planning calendars, and security requirements.
Define readiness and success criteria for SAC deployment in each country or region.
Support global rollout activities, ensuring Finance teams, processes, data, and systems are ready for go-live.
Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
Work directly with Finance users to ensure thorough system testing before deployment.
Support data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation between existing and future Finance systems.
Log, track, and support the resolution of defects with Deloitte and program teams.
Develop training materials, user documentation, and work instructions, and support end-user training and onboarding.
Support change management and business readiness activities, building relationships with Finance super-users and champions.
Provide post-go-live hyper-care and ensure new SAC processes are successfully embedded within the Finance community.
Support the ongoing administration and continuous improvement of SAC post-implementation.

Requirements

At least 5 years' experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, or Business Analysis.
Previous experience working directly with FP&A or Finance Business Partnering teams, with a strong understanding of their processes and requirements.
Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting processes.
Experience documenting business processes and translating Finance requirements into functional requirements or specifications.
Experience supporting a Finance system implementation, transformation, or migration program.
Hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud experience is highly advantageous; experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAC, or a comparable enterprise planning platform will also be considered.
Experience moving from one budgeting or planning system to another is particularly valuable.
Experience planning and executing UAT, including developing testing scenarios and working with end users.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with the ability to work across Finance, Technology, and implementation teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple workstreams within a complex transformation program.
Experience with Oracle HFM would be beneficial.
An accountancy qualification such as CIMA, ACA, or ACCA, or equivalent, would be advantageous.
