About the Role

Shape and improve consumer-facing digital experiences across the website and app, driving measurable outcomes and creating customer journeys that support growth. Collaborate with GTM, Design, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into seamless digital experiences, enhancing operational efficiency, enabling self-service, and ensuring compliance. Work with technical partners to shape the front-end experience and its integration with the wider platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, discovery, and delivery for Website and App experiences, driving key metrics like retention, LTV, and engagement.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Guide the product journey from identifying user pain points to post-launch optimization.
  • Shape Website and App experiences from discovery and scoping through to launch and optimization.
  • Convert business needs into Epics, User Stories, and actionable priorities for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences balancing usability and technical feasibility.
  • Support scalable, high-quality delivery while navigating technical constraints and dependencies.
  • Align with Marketing and Operations to maximize adoption and engagement.
  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve features.
  • Run workshops and discovery sessions to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2C experience delivering successful web/mobile products, understanding user psychology and friction reduction.
  • Experience in EV, IoT, or Energy Management.
  • Knowledge of competitors like Hugo, Loop, or Octopus is a plus.
  • Expert use of GA4, Looker, Mixpanel, Glassbox, or similar analytics tools.
  • Confident working with Engineering teams on APIs, mobile deployments, and constraints.
  • Ability to influence and manage priorities across Commercial, Operations, and Compliance teams.
  • Experienced in agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, and modern product management practices.
  • Deep expertise in growth and data, with broad knowledge of UX, Engineering, and GTM strategy.
  • Interest in AI consumer use cases or using AI to improve workflow.
  • Experience in regulated sectors such as utilities or energy.
  • Familiarity with conversion-focused digital journeys.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional ideation sessions or design sprints.
  • Track record of converting user insights into actionable improvements.
  • Comfort with rapid iteration and fast-changing project demands.
