About the Role

As part of NTT DATA, a leading provider of enterprise and technology services, AI, and digital infrastructure, you will be responsible for the strategic expansion of clients within the Sparkassen and Landesbanken landscape in the DACH region. You will leverage your existing network to uncover new business opportunities and position NTT DATA as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and IT modernization in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the strategic expansion of clients within the Sparkassen and Landesbanken landscape in the DACH region
Utilize existing network within the Sparkassen financial group and its central IT service provider to uncover new business opportunities
Position NTT DATA as a Trusted Advisor for digital transformation and IT modernization in the banking environment
Develop and manage complex account and sales strategies in a highly networked ecosystem
Coordinate complex stakeholder structures across institutes, associations, and IT units
Lead contract negotiations and closings at the top management level
Identify trends and regulatory developments in the banking sector and translate them into business potential

Requirements

Possess a strong network within the Sparkassen financial group and/or its central IT service provider
Have many years of experience in selling IT services, ideally in the banking or financial environment
Understand the structures, decision-making processes, and specific characteristics of Sparkassen and Landesbanken organizations
Convince with strong communication and negotiation skills at C-level
Bring a deep understanding of digital transformation, platforms, and core banking systems
Work strategically, independently, and with a clear focus on sustainable growth
Fluent in German and English
