About the Role
As the Moxy Captain, you will be responsible for creating a unique guest experience by managing all aspects of the hotel operation, from check-in to atmosphere and service delivery. You will be a visible leader, fostering a positive environment for both guests and crew members, driving revenue, and ensuring profitability while embodying the Moxy brand values of thoughtful, fun, and spirited.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train the crew, ensuring they have the necessary tools to deliver the Moxy Experience.
- Ensure guest experience aligns with the Moxy Service Manual.
- Maintain daily updates on social media according to Moxy's creative standards.
- Ensure a profitable hotel operation aligned with defined goals.
- Ensure the hotel complies with all local laws and regulations.
- Actively participate in the daily work of the crew.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and revenue team to secure business at the optimal price.
- Stay updated on hotel forecasts and proactively plan future operational actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hotel managerial experience
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Marketing experience
- Social media knowledge and experience
- Event organization experience
- Experience working abroad is a plus
