About the Role
Allen Motor Group is seeking a Telesales Operative for their Parts Plus Centre in Romford. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Processing the required number of incoming and outgoing calls per day to achieve set KPI's
- Accurately identifying parts to meet the customer sales requirement
- Ensuring the proper and accurate usage of all systems to search and order parts
- Providing the highest level of customer service at all times
- Ensuring all Parts Plus policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
- Previous selling and influencing skills
- An ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.
- A passion for providing first class customer service
- Fantastic communication skills

Salary/Compensations
- Basic salary of £31,500
