About the Role
The Enterprise and Employment Team at Barnet and Southgate College is seeking an experienced and motivated Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor to deliver and assess apprenticeship programmes at Levels 3 to 5. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching, coaching, and assessment to support apprentices in developing essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors for successful careers in the housing sector. You will collaborate with employers to monitor progress, conduct reviews, and assess workplace competence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess apprenticeship programmes at Levels 3 to 5.
- Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching, and assessment.
- Support apprentices to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviors for careers in the housing sector.
- Work closely with employers to monitor progress.
- Conduct employer reviews.
- Assess workplace competence.
- Ensure apprentices achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Substantial occupational experience within housing and property management.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship delivery.
- Proven ability to support learners to achieve successful outcomes.
- A recognised teaching qualification is essential.
- An assessor qualification is essential.
