Requirements
- Experience within housing support, community services, substance use services, mental health, social care, supported accommodation, tenancy sustainment, or another environment supporting people with multiple and complex needs.
- Ability to build trust.
- Ability to work collaboratively.

- Strong partnership-working skills.
- Understanding of strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches.
- Ability to engage people who may find services difficult to access.
- Confidence working independently.

- Must have the right to work in the UK.
