About the Role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a passionate Member Support Advisor. Effectively handle member queries and requests via chat, telephone, and email, processing them accurately and efficiently while actively engaging members to provide the best quality service.
Responsibilities
- Handle member queries and requests received via chat, telephone, and email.
- Process membership queries in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Actively engage with members to provide the best possible quality and service.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
- Previous experience in a call centre environment is desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A drive to hit targets.
- Resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance of the hub.
