About the Role
As Director, Solution Architecture, you will lead a team of energetic, outgoing, and passionate technology professionals. The Solution Architecture team combines deep technical knowledge with a dedication to the sales process and customer success, supporting sales productivity, partner enablement, and customer evaluations by collaborating with product and technical teams to showcase how Optimizely solutions meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Leads a team responsible for developing and delivering across multiple functional areas or teams, including policies, processes, short and long-term vision, strategy and strategies to increase group efficiency, productivity and impact
- May manage experienced individual contributors and / or multiple managers
- Monitors and ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements
- Accountable for full employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, goal alignment, work assignment, coaching / performance management, developing managers and addressing resource gaps
Requirements
- Has unique knowledge in their field of expertise
- Manages complex issues that require an in-depth knowledge of the company, industry and / or function
- Applies broad knowledge of all areas within function
- Interacts regularly with executives on strategic issues that impact the overall business
- Influences senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization
- Demonstrates ability to seamlessly adjust from detailed to strategic view

Salary/Compensations
- $210,000-$358,000
