About the Role

The Senior MVNO Manager will act as the account manager for all MVNO relationships, ensuring effective commercial structures are in place to meet future business requirements. This role is vital for expanding 1GLOBAL’s MVNO footprint and securing MNO partnerships to support partner growth.

Responsibilities

Maximize existing MVNO businesses and realize growth opportunities, reducing Minimum Revenue Guarantee (MRG) shortfalls.
Explore MVNO-type access in additional countries for the 1GLOBAL footprint and new partner rollouts.
Advise on the correct country structure for MVNO countries to achieve business goals.
Own operational performance against contract, including service levels, escalations, and change requests.
Negotiate all MVNO agreements/addendums, ensuring timely implementation of new technologies like VoLTE, 5G & LPWAN.

Requirements

Good experience in mobile wholesale (ideally MVNO/MVNE and/or roaming).
Strong understanding of the mobile sector and technology.
Excellent commercial skills and strong analytical ability.
Excellent communicator, highly organized, forthright, and able to work independently.
Driven, energetic, and resilient, able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating strategic thinking into deliverables and plans.
Able to form strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
