About the Role
We are seeking a curious, analytical, and commercially minded HR Data Insights Analyst to join our HR Operations team. This role is crucial for developing and enhancing our people analytics capability, transforming complex workforce data into actionable insights for leaders using cutting-edge tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop impactful Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful workforce insights.
- Use Microsoft Fabric to integrate, transform and model HR data from multiple sources.
- Partner with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and reporting requirements.
- Analyse workforce trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations and decision support.
- Improve data quality by developing robust validation processes, governance standards and reporting controls.
- Build scalable data models and self-service reporting solutions that empower stakeholders.
- Present complex data in a clear, engaging and accessible way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support key people-data initiatives, including the ongoing Dayforce rollout and wider HR transformation programmes.
Requirements
- Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modelling and visualisation
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- An understanding of HR systems and people data, including headcount, FTE, organisational structures and workforce reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Dayforce would be advantageous
- Strong analytical capability and a desire to learn
